Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping time: Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Please note this is an estimate, not a guarantee — delays can occasionally occur due to customs, carrier, or weather issues.

Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Multiple items: If you order multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days — this is normal and doesn't mean anything is missing.

International orders: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These are not included in the order total.
