Return & Refund Policy

We want your little ones (and you) to love what you ordered. If something's not right, here's how returns work.

Return window: 30 days from delivery.

Eligible for return: Damaged, Unused, unopened, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Not eligible: Opened toys (for hygiene/safety reasons), clearance items, and change of mind.

Damaged, faulty, or wrong item? Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping needed.

Refunds: Processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving/approving the return, back to your original payment method.
